IELTS Speaking Part 1 Questions (Jan-Apr 2025)

雅思口試 本季最新Part 1題目 (2025年1月至4月)

Bộ đề dự đoán IELTS Speaking Quý 1 (T1 – 04/2025)

14. Collecting things

1. Do you collect things?

→ Yes, I have a huge collection of books. If I keep expanding my collection, I might eventually have a small library of my own.

2. Would you keep old things for a long time? Why?

→  I often hold onto old stuff for quite a while, especially if they hold sentimental value. For instance, if I have a gift from a close friend, I would want to keep it as a reminder of our friendship. It’s amazing how memories can be tied to physical objects.

→  It’s quite heartbreaking to throw away some old items, especially if they remind me of my past. If I ever feel nostalgic, I can look at these items and reflect on how far I’ve come. It’s like having a tangible connection to my personal history.

3. Are there any things you have kept from your childhood?

→ Yes, I have been keeping several items from my younger years safe under my bed, like my first bicycle, photo albums and some trophies. They serve as a reminder of my growth and experiences over the years, and they bring back fond memories every time I see them.

4. Where do you usually keep things you need?

→ Typically, I store the items I need in various places, depending on their purpose. Important papers go in a filing drawer, while everyday items are kept within arm's reach. If I ever need something quickly, I appreciate having it easily accessible.
